My Clean Panels LLC

 

1. Service Description

My Clean Panels LLC will provide solar panel cleaning services to the customer at a frequency of four times per year.  The services will be scheduled approximately every three months.  The customer agrees to allow My Clean Panels LLC access to their property and a water source to perform the cleaning services.

 

2. Subscription Fees/Terms

The customer will be charged a monthly subscription fee if billed for a subscription.  The initial commitment for the subscription is six months.  If invoiced for a one time service, no further commitments are in place.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for the subscription fee will be processed using the customer's provided payment method.  The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.  If a payment fails, My Clean Panels LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service until payment is received.

For one time services, payment is due upon completion of service detailed on invoice.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time after the initial six-month commitment period.  Cancellation must be submitted in writing to My Clean Panels LLC (info@mycleanpanels.com) at least 30 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle.  No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

 

5. Service Disruptions

My Clean Panels LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide the cleaning services as scheduled.  However, My Clean Panels LLC is not responsible for service disruptions caused by inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond its control.  In the event of a service disruption, My Clean Panels LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the cleaning service.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

My Clean Panels LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance or non-performance of the services. My Clean Panels LLC's liability shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by the customer.  Parties agree to mediation to resolve disputes  due to personal or property damage.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, Ventura County.  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

   

8. Amendments

My Clean Panels LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.  Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on My Clean Panels LLC's website or by providing written notice to the customer.  By subscribing to My Clean Panels LLC's services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
